Founder
IKURUBefore joining the program, we were unable to track our sales, marketing, and operational metrics in our business. We did not have a proper structure in the team.
The program completely changed that.
I now do structured weekly meetings with the team & have time to focus on scaling my brand.
In terms of revenue of our existing business, we’ve seen an 80% increase within 3 months of joining the program.
Beyond the learning, I found several close friends within the batch. Many of my batchmates have listed their products on our website.
Through this program, I believe I truly became a founder.

Founder
Fabricroot | Ahuja Vastra BhandarMy family has run a fabric store in Delhi for 40 years. I took us online seven years ago, but sales stayed flat and the family wasn't sure it would ever work. Within two and a half months at Inc42, our conversion went from 0.5% to 1.3% and our orders nearly doubled. I tripled the ad budget and our ROAS still went up. I also replaced our expensive agency with a cheaper one that does a better job.

Founder
La Mont PerfumesOur plant in Surat makes hair care, skin care and perfume for other brands, and many of them grew big on what we made. We wanted our own brand but had no idea how positioning works. Inc42 taught us who our customer is and what team a brand needs. We built storytelling, video and design in-house. Our website was barely selling. Today it does ₹1 to 1.5 lakh a day at a ROAS of 5.

Co-founder
Waranga
For 12 years, we focused entirely on marketplaces and built a ₹350 crore business there. Our own website was less than 5% of sales. When we decided to build our own channel, I was completely raw. I used to follow whatever our agency said. Now I advise them. Our website has gone from ₹2 lakh a day to 15-20 lakhs a day, and all of that comes from what I learned at Inc42.

We manufacture uniforms for hospitals, hotels and corporates, and we'd plateaued at ₹12 crore. Our own brand was already bringing in ₹3.5 crore, but we didn't know how to push it. Inc42 gave us the full playbook, A to Z. Now we're confident of crossing ₹25 crore by the end of next financial year.
Founder
Solitary Wave
We're a third-generation jewellery family that only ever sold in our own city. We moved online three years ago and kept struggling to scale. At Inc42, I spent two weeks rebuilding our product pages, and traffic went up 20% in two months. Now I read my own data, no agency can fool me, and I know exactly how we're going to scale.

Founder
PNS Company, KolkataWe've run a premium kidswear business for eight years. I used to speak to our performance marketer only about ROAS. After Inc42, we changed how we plan and run ads, and June was our best month in eight years. ROAS went from 3.5 to 5. Our returned-to-origin orders are under 1%. I recovered the full fee in that one month. Joining was the best decision I've taken at 40.

Founder
Swaddles & StitchesWe'd been growing slowly for six years. I knew how to make the product but not how to market it. In three months, our revenue doubled. ROAS went from 1.5 to 4 and conversion from 1% to 3.5%. For the first time, I can question my performance agency and tell them exactly what to target.

Co-founder
Kicks MachineI've run this company for over five years, and we sell ₹36 crore a year, but we weren't profitable. I used to look only at ROAS. Now we track every number before it, and we've fixed small things across marketing and our commission rate. Our conversion is up 10% in two months, and we're on track to be profitable next quarter.

Founder & CEO
JivisaWe spent three years hiring and firing agencies and consultants, and I had almost decided D2C wasn't for us. We were 94% B2B. The program unclogged everything: website, content, ads, unit economics. Our online sales are now growing about 20% month on month, website conversions went from 0.7% to 2.2% and we'll close this year at 15% D2C. Four months ago, I wouldn't have imagined that.

Founder
SanskritamWe were already doing ₹75 lakh a month, so growth wasn't the problem. Growing profitably was. The program gave me the confidence and insights to do that. Our monthly revenue doubled to ₹1.5 crore, and our conversion rate improved 120%.

Founder
Lazo Store
The program helped me optimise my website conversion and scale our organic traffic many times over. Monthly revenue went from ₹20 lakh to ₹1 crore, and our conversion rate is up 300%.

Founder
Hustle Culture
What I got was a community of founders and experts who helped me at every step. We went from ₹3 lakh a month to ₹1 crore, and grew our social following 5x.

Founder
Nauvab | Director, Explicit GroupFor 38 years, my family made leather for European brands you'd recognise, and our name was never on one. I started Nauvab on our idle footwear unit. Coming from the manufacturing side, I never understood Meta ads or what a funnel even meant. The program opened up that world for me. In the 18 months since I joined, Nauvab has grown 20x, fully bootstrapped, and the whole footwear unit now makes only Nauvab.

Genetic NutritionFor five years, we never focused on selling direct. We thought we'd list our products, put up an image, and they'd sell themselves. We built numbers, not a brand. The program gave us benchmarks, showed us how customers think, and what our product pages and retention needed. This year we shut our B2B channel to go all in. We've gone from ₹15 to 17 lakh a month to ₹40 lakh, growing about 40% month on month, with better CAC and order values. Our goal now is a ₹100 crore brand in six to seven years.
Areoveda
We're a large ship, and when I joined, we were actually shrinking. We were spending on ads, Amazon and Flipkart, and getting customers, but our communication with existing customers was broken. The program gave me a starting point for every function: performance, retention, branding. We're growing again, our ad returns are up 1.5x, and retention, which was very low, is now around 25%. Our creative, product and marketing teams finally work as one.

Co-founder
The Recipe TailorI'm 22, straight out of college, and I grew up watching my dad run his business. We were running ours the same way, like a shop: put the product in the market and it'll sell. In the second week of the program, I realised that how the product reaches the customer matters just as much. So we paused our ads before we burned lakhs on them. We're bootstrapped, so now every rupee we spend is tracked. And in a cohort where some founders are in their 30s and some in their 50s, I'm learning from everyone.

Founder
Theatre Project
Our category is an impulse buy, and almost all our sales happened offline. I didn't know what UGC, CAC or ROAS meant, and our website was very basic. At Inc42, I learned how a customer actually sees a website, so we rebuilt ours to be easy to use. Website sales tripled. Online has gone from barely 1% of our total sales to 4%, and monthly revenue has grown from ₹60 lakh to ₹90 lakh, with 60% of it organic.

Founder
FeierI started the brand about 18 months ago and by then, I already knew how to make a good product. But I didn't know how to sell a good product. There were a lot of the things that go into selling and marketing the product, like performance marketing and website CRO, that I just didn't have a clue about.
For instance, before the session on high-converting website PDP pages, I honestly thought I had a good website but that one session & I was like “Oh! My website needs a LOT of work!”.
Honestly, stepping in, I didn't think the program would be with it, but it REALLY was - the quality of all of the speakers has just been outstanding. It's given me such a good foundation to kind of take things and build forward on them. Since the program, we have been launching new products, expanding into new categories and I think we really found our footing as a brand.
General
No. You need a real business to build on and the ambition to create the next growth engine. RetailX takes you through category discovery, consumer research, product validation, GTM, branding and launch, so the brand takes shape during the programme.
Yes. RetailX is built around the business you already run. Beyond the three Immersions, the core program commitment is 3-5 hour sessions on weekends, and active implementation inside your business, throughout the program.
The programme fee covers 80-100+ live learning hours, brand visibility, mentor access, specialist clinics, 3 Signature Immersions, and all in-person programme experiences, including accommodation, venue, food and experience costs, plus lifetime access to the Founders’ Guild and wider Inc42 network. Travel and brand launch capital are separate.
Eligibility
Yes, if you have a real foundation to build on and want to create a consumer brand. Manufacturing, distribution, supplier relationships, category expertise and existing infrastructure can all become the unfair advantage behind the new brand. Pure B2B or services businesses with no consumer-brand ambition are not the intended fit.
No. You do need operating experience in your family business. The Brand Build is designed to take you through the consumer, product, brand, GTM, distribution, digital, marketing and launch capabilities required to build from scratch.
No. It is specifically designed for next-gen leaders who want to build beyond the status quo. Pure services businesses, founders unwilling to commit to the work and those looking only to operate the legacy business as it is are not the intended fit.
Program
No. They are core to the RetailX journey. You spend 21–22 days across North India, West India and Rajasthan inside real manufacturing, retail, distribution and brand environments, then bring those insights back into your own build.
The programme may end, but the ecosystem doesn’t. You leave with a live brand, a 12-month scale roadmap and access to the Founders’ Guild and wider Inc42 network of founders, investors and operators.
All of it. RetailX is built to help you solve the specific challenges and constraints of your business and industry, with guidance from relevant mentors, operators and peers along the way. There are no generic case studies or theory-only sessions. We work with you through the entire journey, with the goal of every founder leaving with a live consumer brand in the market.
